Educational Qualification Requirements for FACT Jobs 2020: 

• Senior Manager (Design Mechanical) – PCE – A applicant must have 09 years of full-time experience in the construction of process combustion equipment
• Senior Manager (Design Mechanical) Piping – The applicant must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 09 years of full-time experience in engineering consulting piping construction for the processor oil industries.
• Senior Manager (Design Electrical) – A applicant must have a degree in Electrical Engineering with 09 years of full-time experience in Process / Oil Industry Electrical Technology in an engineering consultancy firm
• Assistant General Manager (Design – Civil) – A applicant must have a degree in Civil Engineering and 13 years of full-time experience in the construction of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Senior Manager (Human Resources) – The candidate must have completed a full-time post-graduate degree in HR or 2-year HR Administration or Industrial Relations or Public Welfare or Social Work.
• Nurse – A graduate must have a 10th Grade Diploma and a State Registration Diploma in Nursing. Candidates should have at least 03 years of experience in a reputed hospital or occupational health center's emergency / casualty department or ICC network. They ought to be able to operate elector medical devices.
• Senior Manager (Materials) – In any discipline, the candidate must have completed full-time Engineering or Post graduation. Full time 02 years post-graduate management diploma with 09 years of materials function experience.
• Management Trainee (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Computer Sciences, Fire & Safety, Marketing, Human Resources, Materials) – A applicant must have completed a full-time engineering degree with at least 60 percent marks from an accredited university or organization
• Canteen Supervisor – A applicant must have completed the 10th Grade with a Diploma / Certificate of catering for a total of one year and 05 years of canteen or hotel management experience.

The minimum as well as maximum age limits for FACT Management Trainee/ Officer/ Craftsman/ Stenographer/ Technician/ other posts are as follows:
